Our non-profit organization has yearly expenses associated with our work. Your donations support SCVAS’s education and conservation programs throughout the South Bay. We reach over 2,000 school children each year, fund our public drop-in birding events to engage the public, work with city governments to protect precious bird habitats, guide companies toward adopting bird-safe standards when they build office campuses. We also install nesting boxes and restore fragile habitats to create suitable areas for endangered birds.

What is a Birdathon?
The annual spring birdathon is one of Santa Clara Valley Audubon’s biggest fundraisers of the year!

We search for birds... request for as many as we can find in our area. We promote awareness of birds... birds need our attention, and care.
We ask for sponsors... people like you who care about birds, and the habitats birds require to survive.
