Birdathon is our biggest fundraiser of the year! Donations from this fun event support SCVAS education programs all across the Bay Area. We are thrilled to have your support in protecting local wildlife and bringing more kids into nature. So grab a team and your binoculars and get ready! Birders of all skill levels are welcome! We'll see you out there!

It's easy to get involved: If you want to learn more about birds and birding in Santa Clara County, you can join an organized group and go out with experienced leaders who will share their knowledge with you during the outing. If you want to support the fundraiser without joining a group, set yourself as a solo participant and go out and bird and report in your results. Have a group of friends you want to go birding with? Set up your own team and have a good time while helping Santa Clara Valley Audubon Society fund ongoing education programs. This year's goal is to raise $40,000 or more for SCVAS educational programs.
